What is our assessment centre
An assessment center is any combination of more than one objective selection technique used to measure suitability for a job. An Assessment Center consists of a standardized evaluation of behavior based on multiple evaluations including: job-related simulations, interviews, and/or psychological tests. Job Simulations are used to evaluate candidates on behaviors relevant to the most critical aspects (or competencies) of the job.
Through the assessment center, we can provide you with a standardized evaluation of the candidates or current employees so that you are aware about future performance and behavior.

What are the benefits of assessment centre?

Our assessment centre will include a variety of different techniques aimed at measuring people potential: aptitude and skill tests, personality questionnaires, behavior-focused interviews, group debates, simulation assignments such as: in-tray exercise, role-play, analysis and presentation exercises.
